The location is 2 seconds away from the main bus stop, to the hiking spots and the main unzen viewpoints of hot spring hells. The hostel itself is lovely and warm, the accomodation is comfortable. The best part is the host, so nice and helpful. Thank you Ichi!

We had a group of 7 adults and 1 infant. We had breakfast twice and dinner once with the hotel, the food and presentation were absolutely amazing and definitely something I would recommend. The Onsen was very special, they have an outdoor and indoor option, both being very nice facilities. We booked a Japanese style rooms and Western style rooms and both were delightful. The staff were very helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.

Excellent modern ryokan with very hospitable staff and amazing fresh and high quality food. We were served by the owner and his wife who were humble and friendly people. A family of 4, we stayed 2 nights in a room with private onsen. The room was modern, clean and the fact that we had a private onsen to ourselves was a winner. Highly recommend this hotel.

The private onsen bath in the room was a great experience for my family! The food served were exceptional. It represented produce from the area and was cooked to perfection! The staff were helpful and thoughtful despite our lack of Japanese, we still maxed our experience there!
