Probably, the best location in Watamu: clean beach (if you would like to have white sand beach and not the beach covered by dry seaweed) - this is the place. If you like to enter the ocean to swim not stepping on corals but via sand (high tide time for sure :)) - this is the place. The view from the hotel is fantastic. Restaurant is very good. Good wine list. The place to enjoy the life.

It is nearly impossible to describe our lovely time at Chris House. The house is very beautiful and always clean, and the staff were exceptional and very helpful. It felt like home ( a gorgeous one). The house is close to the main road, the beach is close by - literally like 5 minutes walk. Chef Ndume made us very tasty meals. The host was always available on call and via chat and our requests were always honoured. We truly appreciate Giovanna for her kindness and the warm welcome to Chris House. I would recommend Chris House to anyone visiting Watamu. It was truly worth it. <3

It was a home away from home! Agnes and her team took me in and cared for me, gave me tips, and fed me. The room is very spacious and pretty. I loved to have my own seating area infront of my bungalow although I preferred to sit in the main area on a couch cuddling the dogs.
