This was probably my favourite hotel during our three weeks in Cambodia and Vietnam. I loved everything about it. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our 16yr old is 6ft2inches and hit his head on the hotel sign on the street. The next day, they invited him to stand under the sign….they had moved the sign higher!! Exceptional service!! Our rooms were spacious and immaculate and the pool was a quiet oasis under the lush canopy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Palace Gate. The Service from sr manager Devid Prak was amazing, as he helped us with cutting short our stay at Eden beach (Ko Rong Sanloem) and giving us credit in return. We stayed in a royal deluxe double with view and this was easily one of the best rooms we have been in for the price: extremely spacious, comfy beds, pillow menu, beautiful view and great shower. Service in the hotel is impeccable and the pool area is gorgeous. Food in the hotel was very good as well. The location is great. We simply have no complaints whatsoever. Would book again in a hartbeat.

Beautiful spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Located in the middle of Phnom Penh only about 5 walking minutes from the palace and waterfront. Staff was very friendly and supportive. The pool is amazing and there were always enough sun beds available.

The most friendly staff i've met during my trip in Cambodia! Spacious room, great matrass, very clean, nice decoration, great breakfast, enough pressure at the shower to wash my hair. The location of the hotel was fine for me. Next to the busstop and enough to see on walking distance. Otherwise I used a tuktuk on my way back, especially on the very warm days. Thank you all for my great stay, please keep up with this great hospitality!

I really liked this hotel and exceeded my expectations, since we arrived the stuff was super nice and helpful. They offered us a welcome drink and a cold towel. The room was spacious. You have the opportunity to choose the pillow that you prefer and the bed was super comfortable. We tried the rooftop bar, the restaurant and the breakfast... everything was outstanding.

Place is cosy, super clean, feeling of home being so far away! I felt welcome, important and easy going there. Place to get away from crowds and meet amazing host Panha and his friend! She’s cooking amazing food and Panha making amazing local coffee! If u are in Phnom Penh and place is full go there just for coffee, fruits food or just chat with owners!
