While we only stayed one night, everything in the hotel was amazing. Our room was elegant and modern, and not to mention, super clean. At night we walked to the Paradise City next to Grand Hyatt, which is spectacular. Never seen a hotel so grandiose and luxurious like it. Definitely recommended to see. In the morning, we took the free shuttle bus to the airport. The staff and the shuttle service was great!

The owner was in the office room and was very helpful to let us keep the luggage before the check in hour. He also supported us to check in a bit earlier. The facility is quite new and clean. Location is perfect as it is quite close to Unseo station. There are various restaurants around.

It's a self check-in facility so no comment on staff. Since this is my second visit, they did improve their service by sending all check-in procedures in one email instead of having to check the room number only after arriving the premises. Unfortunately they forgot to do so and I had to call to find out.
