What a beautiful BEAUTIFUL place! A haven in nature right below the cedars in what is probably the most beautiful part of the Chouf The panorama of the mountain from the exquisite colourful garden is gorgeous, the interior design is so elegant and funky, a rarity in hotels at this price range. The spa was a great addition compared to last year (cold plunge, sauna, etc...). People working here are SO nice... So genuine... I was really impressed again! Will come back this summer with the kids and use Al Fundok as a base to explore the region with them

Very late checkout granted. Hospitable staff went above and beyond to make our stay rememberable. Roses around the rooms were absolutely remarkable.

The staff were extremly understanding and flexible, it almost felt like home. There is a family shop right in front of the hotel with exceptionally frindly people, we have all made friends with them. If i am going to Lebanon again i am defenatly staying there.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Caravelle. The location was very convenient, the facilities were great, especially the pool and garden areas, but the best were definitely the people who worked there who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Stunning nature, beautiful and calm environment, the staff are very friendly and they go the extra mile to make their customer feel at home. Food is another story by itself; brilliant representation of the Lebanese food quality and quantity. Literally every ingredient is sourced locally with high standards. Rooms are very spacious and maintaining the classic style and design , beds are super super king size at least for us in UK that’s a massive size, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Breakfast is wow! I didn’t expect anything close to this. Great variety but most importantly the excellent quality of diary products, olive oil, vegetables , eggs … love it
