We absolutely loved our stay here at Adi Residences. The Sri Lankan hospitality shown by the care takers, the kindest Aunty and Uncle, was incredible. From preparing us delicious cups of tea, to suggestions on where to eat and sharing some tasty home cooked food, it was like staying at a 'home away from home' throughout our travels. The apartments are new, comfortable and are equipped with everything you need and if something isn't there, rest assured uncle will be organising it for you in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much for having us, we loved spending time with you as we explored Batticaloa 😊

Prior to our arrival, Joseph connected with us to find out if we had any special requirements. Stemming from that, dinner was to be arranged for us on arrival. On the day, we received a pin (location) and WiFi codes. Joseph connected with us to get an idea about arrival time. Upon arrival, we were made to feel so welcome. The rooms had been cooled down in advance and the entire unit was spotless. Dinner was served on time. The food was home made and outstanding! We really enjoyed the local pittu and prawn curry. Dinner was priced at Rs. 2000/- for two generous portions. We had a restful sleep and were able to get everything we needed ready for our day ahead in the well-equipped kitchenette. Our only regret is that we could only spend one night at this charming, cozy abode as we had to head out. We will be back!

Wonderful experience here. The host was very supportive and kind. He helped me locate a bicycle and personally drove me to the bus station in the early morning. The place is near a great cafe/restaurant and a luxury hotel is close by with a pool you can use. Top spot!

We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star.
