Asiri and all the team were very welcoming. They brought us wet towels and juices when we arrived. The rooms are amazing (super comfortable bed, nice bathroom, hot water, A/C working perfectly) and the pool area is also great. A small paradise not too far from Negombo center (a tuktuk ride away), but that proportioned us the best conditions to relax after such a long flight. The dinner was okay. Breakfast was very good. Thank you! I super recommend staying here.

The apartment was gorgeous, with a lot of room and a lot of light. It is well equipped and provided us with everything we could wish for during our stay. Not only was this a great apartment, but the owners will go the extra mile to help you with everything you can imagine! I can't recommend this place enough.

Very clean, staff are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much of an ask. Very close to the airport so perfect for the 1st night or 2 in Sri Lanka or before catching a flight, complimentary airport transfer is so convenient too. Lovely pool, nice food, quiet area.

I highly recommendff this accommodation. The advantage is the proximity to the airport - about 5 minutes. Absolute top in terms of room and hotel facilities, room cleanliness and especially the personal and friendly approach of the owner. He accommodated our group at three in the morning without any problems, prepared a fantastic breakfast, without any problems extended our check-out from the hotel according to our wishes and took us to the train station in his own tuk tuk for an unbeatable price. Great place in Negombo. Very clean, well maintained, with a pool and close to the beach. The people managing are very nice, and the food is also very good. The location is very quiet, and very green with birds and rabbits on the property. Very much recommended.
