This hotel is amazing - the location, the rooms, the pool, the beach, the staff, the restaurants. Cannot recommend enough. Spacious and modern rooms with large bathrooms (with robes provided with I LOVE). Both restaurants offer great food. All of the staff are so friendly! We wanted to stay longer!

It was the best experience in Sri-Lanka for us😌 really good, clean and authentic place in the jungle, but still pretty close to the beaches and main street. Good thing, because it's so quiet there 🙏 We enjoyed tasty breakfasts and smoothies☺ The staff is really nice and helpful when we needed, but not annoying like in another places we stayed here❤ I recommend that place!

It was a really beautifull place! Friendly and helpful staff! We really liked it here :) they make sure everything is okay! There are two pools and everything is clean. You almost can’t find anything else like this for this cheap price. 10/10 🤩

The residence has a really communicative and helpful host. He helped us with any problems or hardships we encountered. He even helped us rent a scooter for a really good price. The Building is a few hundred meters from the busy center, thus it has a calm atmosphere, mostly you can only hear some birds. The garden around the house is well organised and clean with many trees giving you much needed shadows. The rooms are really spacious with a huge and comfortable bed. We couldn't find any dust inside, everything was perfectly tidy. I would speculate, that this was our only accommodation in Sri Lanka where we didn't see any mold on the walls. The AC -unit ensures a comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who plans to stay in this region.

The staff were absolutely amazing – very kind and thoughtful. They even arranged a separate breakfast for our baby without us having to ask, and offered to carry him while we enjoyed our meal. Truly kid-friendly staff who made us feel so comfortable. The service was excellent, the ambiance was superb, and everything was well taken care of. A perfect family-friendly stay that we would highly recommend!

everything!!!!! the room was huge for us, and hospitality was fantastic. there were flowers and coconut water prepared for us when we reached, and breakfast shared with us before we depart. also received a keychain (': they also assured us that if we faced any troubles within sri lanka, they could help us if required. really love love love this place so much.

Amazing guest house! We had a lovely stay at Tamarind House. The room was very clean and spacious. Also, the air conditioning fan was a very helpful in the heat. Thank you to our hosts, it was lovely to meet the whole family. We were offered dinner and had a delicious homemade breakfast with fruit, pancakes and fried eggs. Our host also gave us a lift in their tuktuk to the bus stop for our onward journey. 100% recommend!!
