The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. Very convenient secure location. Well maintained. Had all the utensils needed including a toaster, kettle, Microwave, hand mixer and a stick vacuum.. Ideal for a small expatriate Sri Lankan family. Walking distance to Cargill's supermarket and high level road. Had AU/NZ power socket adaptors so that we could use our phone chargers and laptops. Great quiet swimming pool not crowded and can use as your own private pool.
