Gorgeous spot - lovely, comfortable room (smelt sensational!). The staff were amazing, accommodating us with a very early breakfast so we could get the 7.20am train to Colombo. All meals (breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner) were delcious.

This is an hidden gem . The host is charming the rooms bed and facilities are by far the best equivalent to uk 5 star it cannot be faulted. The view is to die for the food we had dinner & breakfast was outstanding 10 out of 10 for everything . I would 100% recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Everything! I am a fussy person and stay in the best places .. this is up there with them all.. I’ve never felt so special … the staff were fantastic! The food amazing and the views OMG .. The staff, especially the manager in charge, went above and beyond to make us happy. Everybody was welcoming and happy to serve. The view is unparalleled. The location is great, you can stroll around tea plantations or walk on gravel roads to villages with Hindu and Buddhist temples. Another big advantage is the walking distance to Argyle hotel, where you can have a gourmet lunch or dinner for a very reasonable price. There's a tiny gym (no weights) with incredible view on the rolling hills.
