Very large room with kitchenette and bathroom, huge flat screen smart TV and A/C. The entire floor has a series of similar flats opening to terrace and landing with microwave, ironing board and laundry lines. Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

If I should come back to Colombo, I would stay here again in any case. The hotel shines with its cleanliness and is very professionally run. The room has everything and everything works perfectly. The staff was very friendly and supportive. I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel here. The closeness to the beach is brilliant. You can reach the ocean in just 2 minutes walking distance and have a beautiful beach for walking and swimming. On the other hand, you are not just in a touristic part of the city and have various local shopping facilities and restaurants right on your doorstep. The location is very quiet and the singing of the birds makes you feel like you're not in the big capital. The internet is very fast and working the whole time. The breakfast was very delicious.

I like just everything! Its not possible to not like something there, staff are so great ,they make sure you leave Sri Lanka that it's best country on planet . Hotel room is so beautiful, view from my room will never leave my heart ,I love each detail of this hotel ,art everywhere ! The accommodation has a stunning design, you could easily spend hours in the lobby just analyzing the beautiful collection of design objects. The pool is just perfect, the staff is very helpful. Everything is super clean, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, the bed is super-comfy, the garden is an oasis.
