Property is located a few mins away from a larger hotel where the restaurant / breakfast / village is, there is constantly a tuk tuk waiting to take you everywhere and arrange anything you need. They will arrange a free tour of a nearby herbal garden and tea factory (expectation is tip / buying product at the end). Anula lives on site and grows mangos, papaya, rice, etc. all on the property. Dananjay and Anurrudah work for the hotel and will handle your daily needs. Best service I have ever received as someone who has gone to 30 countries.

Everything about this property is exceptional. The Mountain View rooms, with their full glass windows and private patio seating, offer breathtaking views and beautifully curated interiors. The serene, secluded setting, away from the main town and that was exactly what I was looking for, surrounded only by the soothing sounds of nature and birdsong. Wi-Fi is not available, which was perfectly fine for me, as it added to the peaceful, unplugged experience. The staff were incredibly courteous, prompt, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Inthizar, the owner and host, whose warmth, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality truly set this place apart. He went above and beyond, not only ensuring our stay was comfortable, but also helping with taxis, sharing local tips, and even guiding us during our trip after we had checked out. If I could, I’d give this place 11 out of 10 stars. Highly recommended for anyone seeking calm, scenic, and heartwarming hospitality away from city’s chaos.

One of the best places in srilanka , we had the best time , the views are amazing wooow , totally worth every dollar, the guys helped us taking our heavy luggage, all the time cared about us , put music from our country, and even gave us the JBL speaker , big thank you for both of you , the dinner was very delicious
