We had a wonderful stay at Heaven Hills! The owner was incredibly helpful, and the food they served was excellent. I would highly recommend this place to others. It’s a fantastic place to stay when visiting Maskelia!

We choose this guest house because it was in a very good position to do the climb on Adam’s Peak. Unfortunately my boyfriend got sick so we couldn’t make the hike but we had the opportunity to enjoy more this beautiful house and the family who’s living there. Breakfast and dinner were lovingly cooked for us and they were simply delicious, the owner helped us to book a tuk tuk tour passing through the tea cultivation a lot of view point and leading to the waterfall and the lake. When we will be back to finally do the Adam’s peak hike we will for sure come back here

Everything! I am a fussy person and stay in the best places .. this is up there with them all.. I’ve never felt so special … the staff were fantastic! The food amazing and the views OMG .. The accomodaties is close to the start of the trail which is ideal. Achinika was very very friendly and really accommodating. They made us take away good for the hike as well. Would highly recommned staying.

I love this hostel so much. The owner has been there for 12 years and climbs Adam's peak every year so he could give the best recommendations. He was also very helpful with questions about busses and trains. It was a very lovely vibe there, I had dinner and breakfast with another person who was staying there and we both liked it a lot. The location is perfect, directly at the steps and the place is very beautiful, very green with a view. I would've stayed a day longer If I'd have the time

The staff was so friendly and accomodating that it felt like staying at a friends place. We got a tour of all of their garden and got their help to visit 2 waterfalls! (The one right next to the lodge and the one 4 kilometers away). The food was also very tasty and served in large portions, so a big thank you to the kitchen staff aswel! Aside from the lodge we also took on the challenge of trying to reach Adams peak. We unfortunately didn't make it all the way (this side of the mountain has 11.000 steps), but we enjoyed the entire experience. Amazing views, some wild animals and we were completely alone the entire day due to it being off season. We would definitely recommend anyone to try to do Sri Pada off season.
