A great hotel run by a lovely family. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk from the train station and close to the airport (about a 10 minute drive). A delicious breakfast was provided, and the couple even kindly gave me a mango from the tree in front of their home. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for welcoming me into your beautiful hotel.

The host was incredibly kind and helped us with everything we needed. It was a great place to stay the night before our flight. He prepared breakfast for us and even arranged a free transfer to the airport. Although we brought our own dinner, he was happy to share a meal with us or take us to Negombo. The room was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bathroom was also excellent, with thoughtful details like toothbrushes. We highly recommend this place!

My stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff truly made me feel like a VIP, always friendly, prompt, and ready to assist with any request. My room was immaculate, with a cozy, comfortable vibe and reliable air conditioning that kept things perfectly cool. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a perfect spot to unwind. Dining here was a treat, especially the seafood, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist extending my stay! If you're looking for a place to relax and be completely pampered, I can’t recommend this resort enough.

    Ideal location near the airport. Secluded and in a very green setting next to river. Bar, restaurant and a swimming pool is available. Host family very hospitable.

    Such a wonderful start to our trip in Sri Lanka. Randoni Villa is embedded beautifully in lush nature. The family made us feel very welcome. When they found out it was our daughter's birthday, they quickly organised a cake. The home-cooked dinner and breakfast were superb and it was great to swim in the pool and relax after the long trip.

    The location was really peaceful, with a beautiful view of the river from the room, garden & pool. It felt like were hidden away in nature despite being a short drive to the airport. The food was great & the family were all very lovely too, helping us with our questions & travel plans.

    Such a picturesque setting on the river and the family who runs it are so lovely We stayed for 2 nights when we arrived in Sri Lanka and on the last day before home They can provide dinner in the evening and arrange transport to the airport via tuk tuk The buildings are a little bit rustic but that's the charm of the place
