A wonderful cottage with a cosy porch. Lovely Latvian decor throughout the house, big rooms. Sauna and a pond in which one can swim. Storks and ducks in the garden. The host is super friendly - she warmed up the sauna before our arrival. We felt really welcome and would come again.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well designed - pleasant to spend time in and very comfortable to live. There was a small kitchenette, coffee machine, basic spices, all the dishes needed. What I appreciated the most was how the lightening was placed in the room - in a way that you cand "divide" different spaces with the light. It was very sweet that the owner of the place called us when the electricity went down (in the entire region) to ask if everything is fine and comfort us. Great place with amazing host.

Wonderful place in countryside. Apple trees, a stork right in front of our window. Nice historic location in a small village. Good location for hiking in Gauja national park. A cozy room with more than enough space. Great breakfast. Very friendly people. A genuine experience of authentic, but modern-style Latvia.
