The house itself is magical. It has been in the same family for 4 generations and is obviously much loved. Full of traditional items and in a classical Riad design with courtyard. He gave precious suggestions for our next tour stops letting us having more fun with less money going forward so that we changed our schedule correspondigly. Thanks again, Hassan! The rich breakfast is served in the central court of the Riad which is extraordinary beautiful and neat. The owner is very polite and his wife make a special breakfast included in the tax and if you want she could make also a traditional dinner. The house has and old style but is very clean and has an amazing terrace were we saw the sunrise and sunset. we had a real Moroccan experience there, we felt like part of their family ! However, since it’s in one of the narrow alleys, it’s very silent at night for a good rest. The area is safe with families and kids playing around also at night. Our room was spacious and clean, and the riad itself is very fascinating. The owners are absolutely lovely and give you many information about Meknes and Morocco (from places to visit, to Morocco’s history, to where to eat and so on).
