The accommodation has a nice atmosphere. Near the house there is the Lake Skadar and a lot of winery. It was a great base to get to know more about this beautiful environment.

Amazing location near Lake Skadar, large and spacious room, properly equipped for a long stay Includes a washing machine, on-site parking, lovely staff, very good breakfast, there is a restaurant in the hotel and you can eat dinner without risking driving on the roads at night, we went boating on the lake with the owner, and it was simply wonderful , only warm words, one of the most enjoyable places to stay.

There was everything we needed. Very spacious stylish appartment. Good location. Owner was very helpfull. Also there was a possibility to book a cruise on lake Skadar - very unfogettable experience. Breathetaking nature.

Perfect experience. The entire apartment was newly furnished. The cleaning service is truly perfectionist. Even places that are usually neglected (AC ducts) were very clean. The host was very helpful. It is located in a village, but there is a train station like 200 m and 400 m to a little shop that was open even on Saturday evening. 1 km walking path (away from the road) to the boat trip place, so you can skip yourself the parking struggle there.

Just a 30-minute train ride from Podgorica to Virpazar, followed by a 15–20 minute walk — and you’re there. You can easily walk to Virpazar for restaurants, and if you need something urgently, there’s a gas station with a mini-market just minutes away. But the real magic begins once you arrive. Total silence. No traffic, no tourists — just nature and you. Birds singing, swallows flying overhead, turtles strolling through the grass, dragonflies buzzing, and mountain air so fresh it makes your head spin in the best way. The cottage itself is a dream. Everything is thoughtfully curated and made with care — nothing “just for show,” but rather warm, cozy, and full of charm. Beautiful dishes, lovely decor, and even multi-point lighting that’s been designed to the smallest detail. It’s an eco-friendly house with stylish wooden furniture made from real logs — think “modern forest cottage” rather than “old ranger’s hut.” Traveling with a dog, like I was? There’s a dog bed and bowls. Coming with a baby? There’s a crib and a baby bath. Every need has been anticipated. Outside, there’s a private terrace, a barbecue area, and an unforgettable view. To welcome us, a bottle of homemade rakija and cold beers waited in the fridge. Later, the host Ivan brought us his own homemade wine — and it was amazing! Ivan was always available, checking in to make sure we were comfortable. He also offers boat rides, kayaking on Lake Skadar, and can organize breakfast if you’d like. This is a place where time slows down, where local hospitality shines, and where you don’t have to sacrifice a single bit of comfort. Trust me — you won’t find anything like this, at this price, anywhere else in Montenegro… or maybe even in all of Europe.

Great location, a very quiet area on a hill with views of green hills and the impressive lake.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in Montenegro. Amazing location with great views, incredibly welcoming hosts, fantastic lunches and breakfast: farm food, home-made, traditional, yummy , including home-made wine, juices & jams. Super cosy & authentic apartment, clean & neat, nicely decorated with a collection of ancient interior inside to observe. 10 out of 10. highly recommended
