I had an exceptional stay at Mercure Hotel in Yangon! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. The service at the reception was outstanding, efficient, and professional, making check-in and check-out seamless. Very big, modern hotel with excellent facilities in a stunning lakeside location. Beautiful infinity pool with a bar and poolside dining. Fine dining in the penthouse and a busy lounge bar in the spacious entrance atrium. Busy with weddings and parties which were colourful and fun to watch. Exceptionally helpful staff when one of our cases was late to arrive. Flexible too, waiving the day visitor fee so that our family could join us by the pool. Magnificent breakfast buffet incorporating many different Asian cuisines as well as western standards, best I’ve ever seen. A bit of an oasis in Yangon.

    Spoon, the hotel's buffet restaurant, offers a wide variety of delicious food, especially the Chinese cuisine. We often saw the executive chef personally inspecting the restaurant, and our family felt that he was very attentive to every detail of the food. In the morning, the chef greeted my wife and daughter, and we found him to be very gentlemanly.

    Excellent Breakfast to start the day... and after a hard working day, a very pleasant bar to have a drink while preparing reports and reviewing the day's messages ! Inya Lake Hotel is a perfect stop in a calm residential area, not far from the center ! Convenient place for a business trip... but I would also chose it to stay with kids.
