Location was key, we had an ocean view room, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The pool and beach access and parking all good.

I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was great, with a decent options. Central location with plenty of restaurants nearby . Easy access to the Malecon de Mazatlan and Plaza Machado. All the other major attractions are a short walk away. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was excellent! We were treated so well by all of the staff! We were upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. What an amazing ocean view! You couldn’t ask for a better view! The day we checked out they also let us stay a few hours past check out time. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Owner was very friendly, gave us lots of advices and helped to find places that we need. we traveled 3 of us so owner provided second pair of keys so it would be easier. location is amazing, everything is accusable by 10 min walk. home is equipped with all kitchen tools and grill. roof place has very comfy terrace, where u can start a day with beautiful view to city and sunrise
