This property was FANTASTIC!!! Best of the 7 various accommodations on this trip. Very well equipped throughout and particularly the kitchen so we had no trouble making the odd meal at "home". Coffee maker, toaster, teapot, gas cooktop (no oven) everything we needed. Hot water and good pressure in the showers. Plenty of plush, new towels. Beds and pillows were comfortable and sheets/bed covers were in good shape. Nice pool although we didn't get a chance to use it. There's a convenience store at the corner. The condo and neighbourhood was quiet. The bedrooms and livingroom look out to a greenspace. Dedicated parking spot within a gated area. 24/7 guard at the gatehouse. I'd definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach, a quiet beach too. Very peaceful area and tons of natural flora. Spacious apartment and good light considering it was on the ground floor. Prettily landscaped areas and becomes of the layout, you aren’t overlooked, felt very private. A great place to stay and not far from playa del Carmen if you want to get into the hustle and bustle. Patricia is a fabulous host.
