I can’t praise this place enough. A beautiful, cozy and intimate hotel with a charming garden. Very close to the center but far enough to not be part of the chaos. Lovely hotel in the historic center! We loved that the entrance was on a pedestrian only street…the gorgeous “Canterra” stones in the open interior courtyard, the tall ceilings and doors in our room, the toiletries, and the truly hospitable staff! Every single person that worked there was so kind and excellent at their jobs! I feel compelled to give additional praise to a particular staff member, named Geraldo. He works as the night front desk person, as well as a breakfast waiter. His bright smile, kindness, excellent hospitality, and perfect service, was the cherry on top of our stay. If anyone in upper management is reading this, know that you have a top notch employee, you are very lucky! He is bilingual, which I’m sure is an excellent asset to have as well! I live on an island that has a tourism economy and have worked in hospitality since the age of 12 and have been an innkeeper at my own BnB for the last 20 years, I know good hospitality and a hard worker when I see it and he is truly professional and hospitable! Thanks again and we will definitely stay again in our next trip to Oaxaca!

This was a delightful stay in every way! The room was adorable and very spacious. The bed was really comfortable (loveddd the sheets). Bathroom was spacious and great as well with good hot water pressure, they provided a delicious chocolate body scrub and an amazing body butter, which we loved. Breakfast was really good. The balcony was really nice, great spot for people watching - felt very Parisian. Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. Tons of small thoughtful touches throughout our stay and the staff was just lovely, always willing to help. Would 100% stay here again the next time we're in Oaxaca!!!

Beautiful accommodation with incredibly gracious staff, very accommodating with excellent communication. The home is beautiful and has aircon in each bedroom (although not in the lounge), and a lovely modern kitchen. An excellent place to stay with family. Two rooms have a large double bed in each, one room has a single/twin bed, and there are two day beds also. The host was fantastic to talk to, very responsive to messages, and very patient to guests who don't speak Spanish.
