We enjoyed. swimming in a pool filled with natural spring water, went fishing with boats, picked rambutan fruits. The room is comfortable for us. . As the sun sets, gather around the crackling bonfire, sharing stories, roasting marshmallows, and soaking in the warmth are unforgettable memories. The simple joys of campfires and camaraderie create memories that will last a lifetime. Congratulations to all staffs.. Sure we will come back with a bigger group.

Everything was just right in terms of the room size, the beds were comfortable and bathing facilities top notch. Breakfast was a rich variety of cuisines and it never felt like it hadn't been cooked fresh that morning. Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

Everything! Huge room, comfy bed, huge bathroom, bathtub with a view, beautiful room decor (rose petals and cake) as a honeymoon celebration, nice breakfast, close to the park and Petronas Towers. We liked it all and the service was great. Our first time in KL and definitely not the last.

We were blown away and our stay at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all our expectations. Our room was absolutely incredible! I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The pool area is so peaceful, you can enjoy and relax with a view on the twin towers. It's so quiet as well you forget you're in the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
