Wonderfully quiet location in a peaceful setting. Excellent hospitality and attention to detail. Lovely, modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious food. We rested so well on our weekend break. Did not take breakfast option as it was too expensive as all we wanted was coffee (which we had in the room) and a light pastry or toast…….went across to Gate Mall. Coffee pods in the room were good. Did use room service and that was fairly quick and well presented and tasty. The reception staff were very good, as were the managers Omar and (sorry forget….Ashraf?). The concierge Fred, was extremely helpful with lots of good advice. So was Pavan who helped us move rooms in the early hours of the morning. Would definitely return here.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the town centre. The rooms are surprisingly big with a nice big sofa in the living area. The cleaners do an excellent job and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool on the roof is an added bonus.
