United KingdomAfter a long drive it was good to be greeted by the owner of the lodge and her dogs, who were so friendly.
The food was excellent, and it was nice to be offered afternoon tea and cake. The owner and all guests ate together, which provided a great opportunity to share experiences of our travels.
We chose to do do the night safari (after dinner) and this was a truly wonderful experience - seeing barn owls flying was amazing.
All the staff were helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome.

RomaniaWe stayed in Gabus Lodge for 2 nights and were very lucky to spend our Christmas Eve there. The place is magical, it's a big farm with many animals you can watch. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were amazing too, we sat outside while looking at the animals in the morning. The most beautiful thing about the place is that an amazing family runs it. They are so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed staying there with our body and mind. Thank you so much
