The receptionist Dominik (a handsome young man)helped us make an appointment with the doctor which made us feel at ease as we did not speak French. The family doctor was so close to the hotel which made us feel the importance of the location. Dominik is real treasure of the hotel!

We really loved our stay at Le Lagon. It was the perfect location to explore Noumea so close to the waterfront and beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket and buses. The studio rooms were spacious with a nice deck outside. We loved the pool and spa relaxation areas and the gym. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Thomas and the rest of the team We would all definitely love to go back.

The pool area was good. Breakfast was in a good area with plenty of choice. Front counter staff were exceptional, out of this world with help and friendliness. :) Walking distance to shops was good. Room was a good size.

From the moment I checked in, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I stayed in an overwater bungalow, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Waking up to the sound of the water with spectacular marine wildlife was beyond amazing and having uninterrupted views right from my deck made it unforgettable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the amenities elevated the experience even more. The quiet, relaxing atmosphere truly felt like a luxury retreat. Staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return! Oh, lastly, the food was amazing and worth every penny.

The location was peaceful and offered some good walks in the mountains. The facilites were excellent, the bathroom had recently been upgraded and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. The host were very helpful and nonintrusive. The farm eggs were great value and I enjoyed eating fresh farm eggs for breakfast.
