Although Hilversum is outside of Amsterdam, the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the train so it was easy for me to get transportation. It is also a very peaceful, quiet and green area. The hotel was very clean, my room was big and nice. They renewed my coffee and tea in my room every day. I had a very nice 4 days here, I would choose it if I come to the Netherlands again. The number of people in the hotel during the day at lunch is off the charts; they receive groups of people with a bunch of children arriving on buses. The rooms open onto a common courtyard, where everyone passing by looks into your room - it's terrible! Something is constantly happening on the lawn outside the window: people are running around with animals and yelling, smoking weed. There were huge spiders in my room.
