This is a fantastic location with some of the more interesting hiking and climbing routes in Norway, near the Jotunheimen Nasjonalpark. We choose the accomodation in the "Swiss chalet" and this allow us to save a lot of money :-) without losing the magnificence of the place and additional services provided by the hotel like for example the very good dinner (one of the best we have in Norway). The Chalet is really beautiful and extremely functional. Clean and full of services, like the shower and the drying room.

The cabin is very beautiful and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The campsite staff are very friendly and helpful. The surrounding landscape is truly breathtaking — we’re leaving completely in love with the place.

We stayed 3 nights in a Hytter. The camping is nice and quiet, there is a playground for kids. The Hytter was quite big, well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the small terrace for dinners. We had breakfast a the restaurant one morning, it was GREAT, best breakfast we had in Norway and very good value for money. We should have done it every morning ! Supermarket very close if you cook your own dinner

The. magnificent view & fjord beach, the kitchen with all amenities available, the comfy beds and the hammock as a plus. Bakery and small but sufficient supermarket at a 10 min walk. Easy walking grounds for the dog nearby. Within 1 hr driving distance from all main touristic sites & hiking grounds, like Jostedalbreen. Very friendly & helpful host.

The place was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was really nice. We loved spending time on the terrace right above the water and enjoyed Kafé Marifjøra, which is very close.
