We had a problem with the booking and Marianne solved it in seconds. Marianne became the star by saving the holiday. Perfect place to nurture love. Linda welcomed us and was very concerned about our well being and creates sharm at work by treating customers with care and respect. Linda is an angel. Both girls spoiled us from start to finish. Very kind, she explains everything in great detail, both about local things and about things in other cities. On the day when we have to leave early, before breakfast time, she lets us eat all the cold dishes in advance. Then, at any time, we can go and have a cappuccino, etc. I think this hotel is very comfortable for us.
