This was one of the best experiences we've have ever had in 30 years of travelling. Bishnu and his family are simply delightful! From the room to the great Nepalese food, to the amazing animals and birds! What we saw from rhino's to the amazing birds and the garials were simply stunning!A lovely family which helped made it simply memorable!

I along with my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Resort & Spa by Riverside in Chitwan, Nepal, and it was exceptional experience from start to finish.The resort’s location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding jungle and the river creating a peaceful ambiance. Room was spacious andclean. The riverside view from the room was an added bonus.The facilities at Regenta are top-notch. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant. We called the chef to thank him personally. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff’s hospitality. Everyone, from the front desk to the dining team, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning natural surroundings, and outstanding service makes this resort a gem in Chitwan. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable escape! Feel like at home. Value for money. New hotel. The room is super clean and big. Bed is comfortable. I can enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the balcony. Include delicious breakfast. I have lunch and dinner here with reasonable price and taste good. The owner, Aasish is very kind and helpful. He picked me up and sent me to the bus station. Help to buy the bus ticket. Arrange jungle walk tour with 2 guides, Simba and Tilak. They are so knowledgeable and take care of me all the time during the safari. I am happy to stay in Hotel Happy Land. Hope to come back again.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.
