A very special place to relax after a long bike ride over Omara saddle. The room and the facilities were beautiful and clean, the dip in the Pool a great refreshment. The hospatility was exceptional. Thank you so much for hosting us, we can highly recommend and would definetly come again:)

I've been travelling Australia and New Zealand for eight weeks now and this is by far the best value for money I've encountered so far. Super nice room with own bathroom, clean, spacious, friendly staff and even free continental breakfast with fresh juice. The pub also has a really nice atmosphere. Would love to stay there again!

This is New Zealand’s best kept secret. This is an exceptional place - a real gem, where traditional meets comfortable with exquisite style and flair. The staff are wonderful and the evening meal was proper fine dining kept earthy, hearty and delicious. My highlight was roasting marshmallows by the fire.
