Beautiful spot, not too far out from Dunedin, but felt genuinely rural. Light up the brazier and hot tub, toast some marshmallows and then hop in the tub and enjoy the view of the harbour and stars. Really modern and comfortable apartment, breakfast was a lovely collection of local and homemade goodies and all the little extras provided for the stay by the friendly hosts, Adelle and Greg, were amazing. Cara is a wonderful pooch. 10/10 would stay again.

Lovely room with great facilities, including a washing machine. Very spacious and comfy bed. Had Christmas dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. Breakfast had very extensive options to choose from. Parking very handy, you just pay for each day you stay and there are plenty of places to park. Staff were very friendly too.

Aurora on George, formerly Cargill's Hotel, has been completely refurbished and offers a stylish 4 star rated motel, situated around a beautiful centre piece garden. Free on-site parking is available....

The interior is decorated with classic, and has many beautiful paintings. The room is absolutely tidy and comfortable, along with compliments like delicious potato chips and T2 tea, which is very classic and warming. Also, there is hairdryer,slippers and supplements which is very nice. The reception is friendly and helpful, especially lovely doggy Lola, making the stay a unique experience!

Very clean and well-maintained. EV charging was available onsite as advertised. Location is near to wherever we planned to go. We left our hoodies that we bought from our previous honeymoon trip in the wardrobe but managed to get it back thanks to the owner, Jason. He found our hoodies during housekeeping and agreed to courier it back to my next accomodation at Queenstown. Really appreciate him going the extra mile.
