Just a lovely place, such a fantastic location & had complimentary bikes to go along. When our bikes didn’t work they gave us complimentary e-bikes! I really felt listened to & that is a first! Also they offer great deals with neighbouring restaurants (which are fantastic!!!)

Although we provided our own breakfast cereals there were 3 other choices available. There was also milk and bread in the fridge. Excellent supply of dishes and cutlery. Beds were firm and the bedding was of superior quality. The hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about New Plymouth and the surrounding area - eg. restaurants.

Everything was perfect. The staff were all very nice and professional. The room was really nice and I loved all the little extra touches. The food was of a very high standard and great value for money as we're the drinks at the bar. For what we paid for our stay we couldn't fault anything. It was above our expectations. Fantastic value for money. would highly recommend.
