Loved my 2 night stop over. Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Will definitely book here again, plus I recommend the Fishtail restaurant if you like Indian/Himalayan food.

This property is perfectly appointed. From the moment you arrive you’re greeted by the friendly Sandra and Richard. It’s so homely including Sandra’s home made sour dough bread and spreads which are delicious down to warm robes for after you shower. So much thought and love has been put into this accomodation. It’s large for a BNB and felt like a warm hug from the moment we walked in.

    Bedroom was well set up for our family and the breakfast room was an ideal set up for two early rising children. All the staff we encountered were friendly and warm. We had lunch in the bar one day - it was amazing - highly recommend.

    The homestead and Hostess exceeded all expectations. It was great to learn the history and find we had a connection with the Studholme family.

    Great place to stay! Staff were all very friendly and helpful even when they were busy with a fundraiser they were hosting. Very accommodating with children (cool wee playground and toy box). We will be back to stay in the future!
