Excellent location, on the top of a dune in the middle of the desert. Fantastic 360 degree view. 15 rooms, outside pool very nice, very good half board plan. Rooms are excellent equipped, with terrace overlooking the desert (the fact that you do not have TV it is rather an advantage). WiFi works very well. The manager (Mr Gautam Balram) is very friendly and helpful. From the activities, we would recommend "night safari and star watching" (ask for Faisal as your guide). Difficult to get there with your own car (do not attempt if you do not have a real 4 motion car and you are not an experienced driver). Aim for the sister camp (Arabian Oryx Camp), and ask the reception there to guide you for the last km, since google maps are not accurate. Parking is free. We would recommend to spend at least two nights there. One night it is not enough.

Adventurer Camp is offering accommodation in Al Wāşil. There is a restaurant serving Middle Eastern cuisine, and free private parking is available. At the resort, every room has a patio.

Incredible food tailored to our dietary needs, INCREDIBLE sunsets and sunrises, the camp is secluded and quiet. The after dinner fire with dessert, tea, and conversation was our favorite. The team was also amazing, they made sure the car was good to go in the sand and led us to camp, made sure we had everything we needed and were incredible company. We couldn't recommend it more!

Hamood went out of his way to create a magical evening for us. After dinner, we gathered around the fire, singing and listening to the soulful melodies of the Oud. It was the perfect way to unwind and savor a relaxing desert under the stars.

Me and my girlfriend spend a great night at luxury camps, accomodation was superb, also the sunset in the dunes. This is the farmost camp around, so you really feel the connection with the desert, also with a help of friendly and welcoming stuff, such as Muhannad and Omar. They offer plenty of activities, such as camel riding, dune bashing or dinner with the stars. Definitelly recommend, definitelly would stay another time.

Sand Delight Camp is located in the desert of Waheba Sands in Oman. It is surrounded by sand dunes. Free tea and coffee is provided throughout the day.

Our stay at the desert camp was truly unforgettable! The camp was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had the chalet for 2 with the indoor pool. It was a blast. Comfortable and nice; the cooking area and the grill was indoor, cosy atmosphere and near to the desert and the wadi. They arange nice trips for you, if you like. You only have to ask and you get what you asked for. funny animals, like asian turkeys, observing you through the window, while you are cooking. Perfect Internet, so we could get some work done too.
