We didn't want to stay in the large hotels and opted for this small guesthouse in Mutrah. It is a fantastic location to explore the city on foot. There is a large and safe parking lot nearby and from here it is a 2 minute walk to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is clean and beautiful. We had two rooms since no family room was available. We paid extra for breakfast and it was very good. But they only provide water and we had pay at the bar for a tea.

We would like to thank the team who always helped us and welcomed us very warmly from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left. We had a great time in Muscat, where we came for a birthday celebration, thanks to the efforts of all the hotel staff, especially the reception, Al-Khiran and Pavilion restaurant teams. The physical conditions of the hotel, its location by the sea, the area it is in, and the breakfast were really great.

Great area very calm and relaxing, service was amazing so was checking in. Very smooth didn't take a minute and the host was kind enough to check me in outside working hours. Would definitely visit again.

The apartment is amazing (it is equipped with literally everything you may by any chance need ;)) Everything was prepared in details and in a very stylish way. Great contact with the host. Very comfy beds. We also enjoyed jacuzzi:) The pool is great, clean and just 2 minutes walk from the flat. The beach is a bit further but definitely worth of visiting.

Checkin process was quick and efficient. All staff encountered during the stay were very friendly and professional. The room was a standard size room but very clean and well equipped. The beds and the pillows were super comfy and we slept very well. The setting of the hotel/s is amazing absolutely beautiful to wake up to the ocean and the sound of the waves. The Lazy River is an amazing facility to be enjoyed by all. You need a longer stay than the two nights we had to make use of all the hotels facilities. It makes it an easy decision to want to come back.
