The owner, Wing, was exceptionally involved and kind - always being open for a lighthearted chat - and worked hard to make sure all our needs were met. Rooms were tidy and well facilitated. Property was beautiful.

Very beautiful place excellent facilities super clean room and beautiful mature gardens Henry the owner is very helpful and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This place is excellent value for money and well worth a visit. Motorcycle hire is also available on site and at very reasonable price. The best place I have stayed in Camiguin in 15 years or coming to the island. My partner & I were some of the first guests for their “soft opening” and they have hit the nail on the head from the beginning. The villas & restaurant area - the entire grounds - are incredibly beautiful and also very private. Despite the large space, it feels cosy and homely - family-run vibe, and they are well known by & integrated with the locals, also respecting the local area with their low-key presence. The plant life/jungle feel are wonderful. Beautiful sunset down at the main pool, and a small pool in the villa with complete privacy. Sea view from the bed, wonderful food, great cocktails, everyone so friendly, and when something was needed (sometimes before we could even ask) it was there the next day! If you want to enjoy a little luxury, you CANNOT miss out on Balihao! We WILL be back :)

More than a simple homestay: Ray and Samantha (and of course the fantastic cook Ata Mercy!) made us feel part of their family. The house is very clean, close to the port, in a beautiful green area. The bedroom was huge and the bed so comfy!! But more than everything else I appreciated this sense of home. They invited us to eat together every day and it was the best filipino food ever!! Chatting, sharing ideas and life stories, karaoke nights...it was such a pleasant stay! Travelling from one place to the other might be tiring, at Vasquez's we could cook in their kitche, relax and be at home! Thank you 1000 times! Azzurra & Chloe

The place was super clean and comfortable, two spacious rooms with enough space to fit your stuff. The garden is beautiful as is the surrounding. The kitchen had everything (from rice cooker to shaker) and we didn’t miss anything. The host Domenico was great and took good care of us! We love our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
