I booked this room to surprise our mom for her birthday. Staff were able to answer my queries and accommodate our requests as we needed to have a cake and some balloons ready before she gets into the room. According to my family, they had a lovely time, breakfast was good, room was clean and nice. Overall, they had a wonderful time.

Everything. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Everything was wonderful. I've stayed in budget hotels all over the world and this one was the best. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 24/7. Room was a budget room but clean comfortable excellent A/C good reception on tv and the shower was brilliant, easy temperature control and well powered, not experienced a shower that good in a budget hotel before. 2 minutes walk to bus terminal and SM shopping mall Would highly recommended to anyone staying in Lipa

The place is clean and spacious. This is great for family, and the location was great it's right in front of the mall. Internet is good and also watch Netflix. I like the fact that they have a lot of pillows, too. I wish the bed was more soft, but it's fine.
