Our room was roomy and enough to accommodate 5 people. We asked for an extra bed which was no problem. The location is very nice, easy and convenient to get to Greenbelt and other shopping centres. We felt safe and looked after. The staff was AMAZING! They couldnt do enough for us and always had a smile on their faces. So far the best hotel I have stayed in, the service, room, food, facilities, and staff are impeccable! Thank you for making our stay in Manila memorable.

We LOVED everything about Grand Hyatt. Best hotel you can book! Beds are so comfortable, great facilities, 24/7 gym, beautiful spa area and excellent staff. Everything was perfect, from the area of the accommodation to the extremely friendly staff. The fact that they allowed us early check in and during checkout we could leave our luggage here to pick them up later .
