Nice and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful in changing our room when we had difficulties with door and safe in the room. Whenever we needed something, staff were quick in getting things to us. The restaurant in hotel (Denny's) was very good. Also, felt that front desk were very helpful in giving us information on places in the area.

We communicated with the front desk via Whatsapp messages, which was super convenient, since we could do it at any time, even during an excursion. They were very responsive and attentive. We loved the hotel in general, classy and quiet, with beautiful sounds of nature! also, the fact that is not an all-inclusive concept, allowed us explore more places to eat and drink (although the restaurant gets 5 stars in my opinion too!).

The apartment was small but beautiful and modern. A/C worked great. The location of the apartment is perfect - half a block to the beach, right by a boardwalk to jog on in the morning, fun nightlife and lots of restaurants nearby. Our hosts were kind and helpful. Parking was at the beach but close enough to not be an issue.
