Stijn & Kirby were truly exceptional hosts, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived on the property. If we were ever in need, it was easy to contact our hosts who made sure we had whatever we needed. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. We loved the outdoor areas and well-maintained gardens, with lots of activities from card games to bicycles. Our daughter especially loved the playground too. It was the perfect getaway for our family and we look forward to being back soon!

Beautiful country setting just outside the main section of town. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil, relaxing. Sit beside the pool in the morning sun and sip coffee as you watch the roosters, and hens, cackling while they free-range the pasture below, along with the horses. Grill up some fish, don our bathing suit, and take a dip in the pool to bring in a pleasant evening. Sleep soundly in the comfortable beds with the windows open a crack to let in the fresh night air. Our first visit to Portugal and this was such a treat. Perfect for decompressing after site seeing and shopping in Lisbon. The food was excellent, the rooms are tastefully decorated and the facilities (pool, pool bar, family room) cater for couples, family, or friend group. The beach is a short drive away and has the most magnificent sunsets. A definite highlight.

Everything. The bungalow is comfortable and has everything needed. Love the natural swimming pool. To add up the staff are very friendly, professional and always willing to provide the best experience. I simple love it and will return for sure. Was a great break from the “concrete jungle” 🙂
