The location was excellent, right on the water. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. The facilities were straight-forward and not over-done. Perfect for a casual, relaxed get away. Nice snorkeling just off the beach. Comfortable pool with great sunsets. Enjoyed the frogs on the walk to our room.

The room is comfortable (with really large beds!), clean and with beautiful view. Staff are friendly and thoughtful. The resort has a private dock where we can ask the tour company to pick us up and send us back, which is really convenient. It's enjoyable to walking along the private beach and gazing the stars.

From the moment I booked, the reservations team excelled, from arranging transfers and late check out, Kath even knew what time I needed to be at the airport for my return flight.
