The hotel owners, Marija and her husband, gave us an incredible experience. My friend and I were there for the Exit Festival. Even though we usually missed breakfast due to the festival, they prepared a separate breakfast for us every day and left it in our room. Whatever we needed, they helped us immediately. Their hospitality and conversations were amazing. The place is a bit outside the city, but it's located right across from the train station, which is a big advantage. We’re very thankful to this lovely family for everything.

The 5-star Hotel Prezident Premier is located in the center of Sremski Karlovci, next to the 18th century Seminary of Saint Arsenius.

We chose the accommodation based on previous experience. It is a perfect oasis for us when traveling to the Balkans. Cleanliness, excellent cuisine and a refreshing swim in the pool for a more than reasonable price. We thank the staff for their help in the complicated situation surrounding our reservation. It's a very nice house with a great kitchen, big living room, nicely done bedrooms, a beautiful terrace. Everything is new and clean, there is internet, Netflix, cutlery, cooking appliances, overall it was lovely.

It was a lovely and absolutely spotless apartment, perfect size, and a great location. It felt safe and secure for a single traveler. I loved sipping my coffee in the garden first thing in the morning. There was a coffee machine, and the coffee provided by the hosts. Slobodan was welcoming, and friendly and even helped me drive my rent a car through some narrow streets near by!
