The location was beautiful and near to Al'Haram. The suite was bigger than what I thought. They had 1 Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and TV lounge. Then We had a Beautiful room with attached bathroom.

My experience was beyond words. From the minute we checked in till we departed, everything was beyond expectations. Mr Wahbi at the reception is very helpful and friendly. Ms Mashael from the operator is very efficient. The service provided is very prompt when I requested for room service it were delivered promptly. Shuttle service is great and efficient too. Time Ruba is a new Hotel located on AlHajj street.7 kms.I stayed here 5 days with family and had booked a quadruple room number 1020.It was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioners were working perfectly fine. It has a free shuttle bus 24hrs to the holy mosque.U can catch uber from AlJyadh street for SR17-20 to hotel to avoid walking to bus drop off point.Staff are very cooperative and friendly.Speak english.There is complimentary access to swimming pool,gym and kids area for inhouse guests.Breakfast is good and several sitting areas are freely available.Hunger station delivery is easily available to hotel since there are no restaurants nearby.

The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. My family and I went for Umrah and it was so relaxing to come back to the hotel after a long day. The location is also quite close to Haram and everything was excellent about the hotel including staff, comfort, location and value.
