Staff was amazing and friendly, and the hotel was spacious and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were new and clean. Loved their hospitality and I would def recommend it if you go do Umrah.

My family and I are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it is 2-3 kilometers away from Masjid Al Haram and there are not many restaurants or shops in the hotel area, but that is not a problem, we can buy things from the Masjid Al Haram area and eat at the hotel. All the staff are very friendly, especially the cleaning staff named Jamal. All the staff do a great job. I would like to express my sincere appreciation.
