Very reasonable price for a stay with a view & super friendly staff. Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Beautiful uninterrupted sunset views from the winery atop the hill, a short walk away. Really appreciated the complimentary welcome wine too :)

We just loved everything about this place - calm neighborhood (away from the crowds), amazing breakfast (one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel), modern facilities and all the design details, nice staff and we really enjoyed the pool.

Everything was perfect. Two bedroom apartment,with big living room,and a fully equipped kitchen,on the first floor,in a very quiet,rural area.Very clean. Own parking place ,in front of the apartment. Nice patio,with a barbecue area and the best view to the sea - Italia and Slovenia right in front of your eyes. Communication with owner is easy,he speaks well English and Italian,very helpful with advices about places to visit and everything needed. The apartment itself is very well designed for people's comfort - each room has an air- conditioner, which is very helpful during hot summer days. Washing machine in the bathroom with all supplies. Dishwasher and coffee machine in the kitchen with coffee,tea , also a very good fridge- cola,water , energetic inside ,present from the owner,together with fruits and a bottle of local wine. The kitchen is 100%organized and supplied- you can find everything for cooking- oil,sugar,pepper,baking paper, all small stuff,that is usually missing in rented places. For people like us that have to buy everything for each new location and then carry it or throw it away,this was of a great help. And the most important - this place is half an hour driving distance from Italia and Croatia,also beautiful Slovenian beaches are very close. Great apartment,great owner,great place. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the place. It felt completely like home. An absolute gem if you come by car and plan for longer stay. The house has everything you would need. The host and their family were very welcoming. Bonuses: two excellent groceries "Supermercato Famila" and "iper Coop" in Muggia are located just 10 minutes away. Muggia public beach is also near, we preferred Isola which is 20 min driving and has an excellent parking not far from the public beach. We thank Katerina very much!

Nevenka & Goran are exceptional hosts. They took their time to make us feel welcome right from the start. We hade a nice talk about the to do's in the area, but also about Slovenia in general. The Holiday House is even nicer than shown in the pictures, and there are plenty of nice terraces to sit in the sun/shadow, according to your wishes. Very close to the property you have a small shop, a good restaurant, a café and a wine bar, all close to an amazing view towards the entire cost of Slovenia and beyond. Nevenka & Goran's house is next to the Holiday House, so we often ran into them. They were always very nice and even offered us some wonderful local snacks and drinks. I would absolutely recommend this Holiday House - we are looking forward to returning there ourselves one day.

The host was exceptionally welcoming. Even though I arrived muddy in the middle of the night from a multi-day bike race, he greeted me with great hospitality and were flexible with check-in and bike storage. They also helped me set up to dry my clothes. The bathroom was spacious and very clean - I love it. The on-site restaurant makes this a convenient spot in the area. One note: the same owner has a wine room about 5km away in another village, so be careful not to confuse the locations.
