I spent three nights with my two small boys (1YO and 4YO) here. Participating that I would be solo parenting for a few days, I tried to pick the best and comfortable accommodation for that - so the child playroom was a major plus. And it was truly amazing! All the details were so well thought out, the sky lounge bar was great, our room was spacious and fresh, the playroom felt as new, beds were great, staff was amazing. The location was right next to the night market and I walked with my two small children, I never felt uneasy or unsafe (though we were there between 7 and 9PM, so early evening). My only regret was that my husband was not able to join haha, I would have loved to spend a night at the sky lounge restaurant together! Thank you for the amazing stay! Would definitely come back.

We loved everything! The hotel is amazing, really well decorated & the staff are all super nice! We got by I les for free and they helped us to rent scooters. It is located a 10 min from the old town by scooter / grab and it is very calm ! The breakfast is great too, many choices & served in a nice patio ! This hotel is a must do

The support from the staff was truly exceptional. On the day of our departure, we unfortunately left behind a very important wallet. It contained many items we needed immediately after returning home, but since we had already passed through the security check, we were unable to return to the hotel to retrieve it. Despite this, the wallet was kindly delivered all the way to the airport and handed over to the airport staff. We are sincerely grateful to the wonderful staff member, Ms. Froy, for her outstanding support. Thank you very much.

Everything was wonderful, it was exceptional 5 star service throughout. Staff are brilliant and polite, the breakfast was very good and healthy. I liked the complimentary yoga classes. Gym and pool were good. Room was amazing, really comfy bed and luxurious.
