The Mountain Palace is a very unique and boutique style place to stay and its views are truly spectacular both from the wide and comfortable terrace and from the rooms. And while the house is a gem, it was the owners who with their welcoming nature and tailored approach to hosting guests made my stay a really great and comfortable experience. I am convinced that the mountain Palace with it's different beautiful rooms offers a unique experience catering to all sorts of travelling, from work trips, over couple trips to group vacations. As my stay was work-related, I was working from time to time in the place for which plenty comfortable space was available. In short, I can only recommend this place warmly and would always come back to this lovely place set in such breathtaking mountain panorama which is rare in the Carribbean.

This is a fantastic location in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Very safe. A modern apartment with all amenities done to a high standard. Very private. I would highly recommend this accommodation and I will gladly stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable. A lot of great functions and necessities provided for on arrival. Excellent host. Well thought out home. Area is also fantastic with many stores and food outlets nearby.

The host was very accommodating considering it was a very last minute booking. He did everything possible to help us with our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our family and a lot of extras you would get at a hotel like towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and water. The apartment has been done to a very high standard - I can be fussy but I have not a thing I would complain about. The place was spotless, the living area was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the washing machine and dryers are very big and top spec, there was A/C throughout, the rooms were well decorated and the beds were comfy, there was extra blankets etc. Each room has it's own en-suite which was very convenient. This will be my go to place when I return to Trinidad from now on.

Pick from the airport was really helpful especially when you’re new to a country and ripe for being ripped off. The owners couldn’t do enough for us, pointing us in the direction of the local shops and food trucks. It is like a little sanctuary, I loved the outdoors space to relax, have a beer and watch the bats skim the pool for insects at sunset. The buffet breakfast is not fancy but works well when you want to be flexible, you can eat when you like. For a one night stay before flying to Tobago this was perfect.

Breakfast is always an amazing experience at this hotel. You get the general and expected bacon and eggs and it is always cooked to perfection . My high point is the local items they feature daily. So the roast bakes, fried bakes, puffs, baigan choka the amazing pepper sauce. Amazing breakfast with a really nice view. Staff at breakfast are the sweetest humans you can find. Very helpful and they remember you, which is always a nice touch.

Hyatt Regency Trinidad is located 5 minutes’ walk from Trinidad and Tobago Water Taxi and Ferry Terminal, plus it offers an outdoor infinity pool, a state-of-the-art gym and a business centre.

Had an absolutely fantastic time. From checking in to checking out. The staff were the real stars of the show. Every single one. They were warm and friendly..all around gems. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
