The hosts, Chris and Vivi are super friendly and nice and ensured that everything was well taken care of. The entire place was very clean, and I love the decor, which, along with the nice music that's playing throughout the day, really creates the vibe for guests to relax and chill. Needless to say, kids enjoyed the rooms that are clean and safe. Staff who welcomed us provided all the info we needed. They even prepared extra towels for us, in case we needed it. Animals were very friendly and cute, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of animals! We booked the 4-people cabin and it's great having more privacy and our little space. Beds were very comfy and buffet breakfast was great. The lights at night are also super pretty, lots of good spots for photos.
