Fantastic charming old house in a beautiful village in Matsu Beigan Island. This place is so peaceful and relaxing. Hosts were very nice and helpful; they didn't speak much English but we managed to understand each other well. The owner welcomed me at the airport with his car. And later he even offered me a ride to the nearby village of Qiaozi. I will surely come back.

This place is a beautiful blend of tradition and modern comfort—clean, charming, and thoughtfully designed. The path leading to the house is just as lovely as the house itself. And the terrace is wonderful. The host was incredibly kind, making my stay pleasant. When I mentioned I came to see the Blue Tears, they went out of their way to help me find them. If you’re lucky and the host isn’t too busy, you might even be able to join a tour with Janet. They are very helpful joyful. It’s a great way to explore not only the popular tourist spots but also some hidden local favorites.

The location is awesome. Just 10 mins from the port. The room is clean and the owner was so nice that they lended the motorcycles to us in the early morning to explore the city since we still have some time before our ferry to Beigan. their hospitality made our trip to Matsu a great start. Oh btw, the breakfast they prepare for us the other day was superb. Highly recommended.
