To say it short, everything was excellent. From the booking service, the room, the decoration, the whole place, the free drinks and desert, the onsen in our room, the whole spa, the view, the food quality, the breakfast offered a big range of different food to eat and whole of a good quality and fresh. Next time I go to Taiwan, I'll certainly go there again. If you go there and have some free time, go visit the nearby indigenous museum, it's only 10 minutes by foot.

We had a lovely stay! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, with tatami mats and futons - we really liked the japanese style. There is a cafe, souvenir shop and free kimono rental. 3 min walk to the Old Street where you can find some yummy food. Highly recommend!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Olive Tree Village, although we had to cancel our hiking plans due to Typhoon Gaemi and spent our time in our room or in the cafe. The reason for this is that the operators are super friendly people and the cafe is very lovingly furnished so that our young daughter never got bored despite the circumstances. The food was very healthy and lovingly prepared and the hosts helped us in advance before our stay (hiking routes, ordering drivers) and also with our travel plan changes due to the typhoon. We plan to visit Taiwan again and will definitely stay at this accommodation again.

Scenery was beautiful! The room for quadruple beds had lots of space and 2 halls; totally awesome! Breakfast was a mix of east and west; the presentation was so pretty and lovely. My family finished everything on the plate!

It's more of a motel homestay type, so dont expect hotel standards. But still, owners take effort to keep it clean and provide you with all the necessary amenities. Very friendly lady boss who would tell you where to go for the Tung Flower trail (not a lot of flowers), Family mart and Shengxing station. Boss also helped us carry luggage up 2nd level. And gave us a lot of breakfast food the next day. Thanks!
